Spring Term 1: Jan 6th - Feb 3rd (5 classes)

Spring Term 2: Feb 24th - Mar 24th (5 classes)

Summer Term 1: Apr 14th - May 19th (6 classes)

Summer Term 2: June 2nd - July 21st ( 8 classes)

Wednesday evenings 7.45 - 8.45 pm

Spring Term 1: Jan 7th - Feb 4th (5 classes)

Spring Term 2: Feb 25th - Mar 25th (5 classes)

What will a typical class be like?

The  class will last an hour and will usually include:

Grounding to feel settled and present with a sense of ease

Breath awareness to connect mind and body and improve our focus

Warm up  to mobilise the joints and muscles

Physical postures (asanas) these might be standing, sitting or lying. They may be held statically or incorporated into a flow

Counterpose postures to restore alignment and balance

Relaxation to allow your body to absorb the benefits of the physical practice

Cost:

Classes are £10 and booked by the term

No drop ins available due to limited space.

Payment by cheque or BACS. Please contact me for payment details.

If you’re not sure I’m the right teacher for you, or you’re worried you won’t like yoga, no problem, just contact me to arrange for a free taster session.

Health questionnaire:

Before your first class, or taster session you’ll be asked to complete a questionnaire regarding any physical injuries or concerns.

All information will be treated in the strictest of confidence. Your personal details will only be seen by me and not shared with anyone without your permission.
