FREE online Yoga Nidra sessions, open to everyone and held via Zoom.

Each session will begin with a few quiet minutes to settle in, followed by up to 30 minutes of guided relaxation.
You can join from the comfort of your own home. Simply find a warm, quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Lie down or sit comfortably, wear soft clothing, and allow yourself to unwind completely.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, sometimes called yogic sleep, is a form of guided meditation that helps you enter a state between waking and sleeping. It’s a deeply restful practice that can restore both body and mind.
You’ll be guided by my voice through a series of gentle stages, such as:
Body Scan: Bringing awareness to different parts of the body to release tension.
Breath Awareness: Focusing on your natural breathing to calm the mind.
Guided Visualisation: Using gentle imagery to deepen relaxation.
Intention Setting: Sometimes, you may set a simple goal or affirmation for yourself in this relaxed state.
